Found in an attic in italia, it is part of a lot of thirteen old luxury, artisanal ravages, with ring in solid silver, braiding and leather end of Italian origin. The handles are made of precious wood: ebony, iron wood, or coconut wood also called porcupine. The end of the sleeves ends with a precious stone, most often (except one) set in solid silver circles. The stones are sapphires, of a fairly dark blue or in a yellow case, or emeralds.

Each of its ties is a unique piece whose origin remains mysterious. They are old but new, in the sense that they were never unpacked and used before I found them.

No one knows whether they were intended for sports, erotic or mixed use. The silver rings have been systematically tested with acid with a touchstone, and this test confirmed that it is indeed massive silver. The length of the ties is about 68 cm, to be confirmed (text written on a train, I have to check). Note that a circular hole has been drilled in each handle, to allow the installation of handles or leather straps, but these straps are not provided with the ties.
