The model is very close to the Berber ritual belts of the Maghreb, and the motifs on the buckle make it possible to distinguish its origin. The workmanship is very fine and delicate; only the wear patina has slightly softened the details. But this also makes it easy to date the piece, and hallmarks are also present on the inside. The decorations feature royal or divine figures alongside foliage and what appears to be bunches of grapes.
Rare to find, with cultural similarities despite the geographical distance, probably remnants of exchanges along the Silk Road. Dimensions: length 68 cm, buckle width 5 cm.
