Old solid silver snuffbox, 127 g, miniature pop art antique snuff box

  

Hallmark = boar’s head (head). And goldsmith’s mark = possibly E (marine anchor) B (with no certainty at all). Signed = M Roland, or could it be Madame (Manon) Roland? The snuffbox was clearly in vermeil (gilded silver); the gilding has worn away in places. That said, it remains a RARE AND BEAUTIFUL ITEM.
