Old decorative tableware case containing a pair of cut crystal salt cellars with silver mounts and their two silver salt spoons, probably vermeil. Beautiful antique set presented in its original case with satin interior marked “Controlled.” High-quality workmanship dating from the late 19th century or early 20th century.
The salt cellars are made of cut crystal with a star pattern and silver mounts with a beaded border. The salt spoons are finely decorated, with shell-shaped bowls, probably in vermeil silver. An elegant set ideal for a fine table, a silverware collection, or as a gift. Salt cellar diameter: approximately 4.5 cm.Spoon length: approximately 6.5 cm. Slight signs of use on the silver mount. Crystal in good condition, with no cracks or chips.
