ANCIENT and AUTHENTIC RELIGIOUS MEDAL. Depicting OUR LADY of LORETO (LORETO) on one side, marked S. And the CRUCIFIX of SIROLO (Crocifisso di Numana - di Sirolo) on the other side, marked SS. In SOLID SILVER (no visible hallmark but acid-tested). Late 17th / early 18th century.
